1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "18jil," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the 18jil platform and all services available at 18jil.vip.
• "Platform" means the 18jil website, mobile browser interface, games, payment systems, promotions, and all associated services.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means a registered player account on the 18jil Platform.
• "Real Money" means Philippine Peso (PHP) funds deposited by a Player and credited to their Account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means non-withdrawable promotional credits granted to a Player under a specific promotion, subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required for Account operation and withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. The 18jil Platform is strictly available to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This requirement reflects Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling services. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 18jil reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any Account where the 21+ age requirement is not satisfied.

2.2 Geographic Restriction. 18jil's services are intended for use by residents and individuals located in the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is at your own legal risk.

2.3 Exclusions. The following persons are not permitted to register or maintain an Account on 18jil: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have self-excluded from any gambling service or been registered in a self-exclusion program; (c) employees of 18jil or its affiliated entities and their immediate family members; (d) persons where prohibited by applicable law.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds contained therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep such information updated. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account closure.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify 18jil immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. 18jil will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 KYC Verification. 18jil is required to verify player identity pursuant to applicable anti-money laundering and regulatory requirements. You agree to provide, upon request, government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine passport, UMID, driver's license, or PhilHealth card) and any other documentation requested for KYC purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.

4. Deposits

4.1 Currency. All deposits and Account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 18jil does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

4.2 Accepted Methods. 18jil accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, and PesoNet. Each payment method may have its own minimum deposit amount, processing time, and provider terms. GCash and Maya deposits typically credit to your 18jil Account instantly. Bank transfers may require 15–60 minutes to reflect.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for specific promotions. 18jil reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts upon reasonable notice.

4.4 Own Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your 18jil Account are your own legally obtained funds and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. 18jil may suspend an Account and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities if there is reasonable suspicion of money laundering or fraud.

4.5 Failed Deposits. If a deposit does not credit to your Account within the expected processing time, contact 18jil support via live chat with your transaction reference number. 18jil will investigate but cannot guarantee resolution of failures caused by third-party payment provider issues.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals are only available to Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held pending verification.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take 15–60 minutes. 18jil reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.

5.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal. Real Money deposited and not subject to any active bonus may generally be withdrawn at any time, subject to security verification checks.

5.4 Right to Withhold. 18jil reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. If an investigation concludes that a violation occurred, 18jil may void the relevant winnings and close the Account.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General. 18jil may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and other promotions from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including eligibility, minimum deposit requirements, game restrictions, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates.

6.2 Wagering. Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any withdrawal can be made. Unless otherwise stated, all games do not contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The specific contribution rates for each game category will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

6.3 Maximum Bonus Bet. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, the maximum bet permitted while a bonus is active is ₱500 per round or ₱100 per sports betting selection. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the voiding of bonus funds and associated winnings.

6.4 Abuse. 18jil actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software to exploit promotions, or coordinating with other players to exploit offer terms. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

6.5 Modification. 18jil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account unless fraud or abuse is suspected.

7. Game Rules and Malfunctions

7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 18jil Platform has its own rules displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with game rules before playing. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail.

7.2 RNG Certification. All slot games and RNG-based table games on 18jil use independently certified random number generators. 18jil does not influence game outcomes. Outcomes are determined by the game provider's certified RNG at the point of each play.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that affects the integrity of a game round, 18jil reserves the right to void the affected round and return staked funds to the relevant Player's Account. No compensation beyond the return of staked amounts will be provided for technical malfunctions.

7.4 Obvious Errors. 18jil reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on terms that are clearly erroneous due to technical or human error, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled in the Player's favor.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, at any time while using the 18jil Platform:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or identity information;
• Create or operate more than one Account;
• Use any software, algorithm, automated script, or artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploit any errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Collude with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or bonus conditions;
• Deposit, wager, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activities;
• Facilitate or engage in any form of money laundering using the Platform;
• Use another person's Account, payment method, or identity information;
• Reverse transactions, dispute legitimate charges, or engage in unauthorized chargebacks;
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts, degrades, or impairs the Platform or other players' experience.

Violation of any prohibited conduct provision entitles 18jil to immediately suspend or permanently close your Account, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold or reclaim any funds in your Account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 By 18jil. 18jil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC, chargebacks, or regulatory instruction. In cases of confirmed breach, 18jil may withhold Account balances pending investigation.

9.2 By Player. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting 18jil support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon closure of an Account in good standing, any remaining Real Money balance (not subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification.

9.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the 18jil Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion through the Account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, prevent access to the Account for the selected exclusion period.

10. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 18jil.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 18jil's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited to your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

12.2 18jil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gambling winnings resulting from: Platform unavailability; game malfunctions; third-party payment provider failures; unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security; or any events beyond 18jil's reasonable control.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 18jil's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

18jil processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 18jil does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is processed for Account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, and, where consented, marketing communications.

14. Amendments to These Terms

18jil reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address on their Account or by a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

15.2 Disputes. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact 18jil's support team at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) days for 18jil to attempt resolution in good faith before escalating the matter to formal proceedings.

15.3 Jurisdiction. For disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
